Does it have chemicals in it?
Is this good for bumpy skin?
It depends on what types of bumps you have on your skin. Many of our users find the Tufi especially great to help treat keratosis pilaris (bumps on back of arms), followed immediately by a body lotion which will then absorb more effectively. Also, a deep exfoliation is one of the key treatments for clogged pores and ingrown hairs which typically causes bumps.
Can I use it with soap?
It works best if you don't use it with soap. Soak in a bath for 5 minutes, drain most the water in bath then start scrubbing.
Why does it become dry and hard after leaving it for a while?
This is a normal phenomenon. If the sponge is kept wet for a long time in the exposed state, it will breed bacteria. If the sponge dries out, it will prevent the growth of bacteria. It will return to normal state when soaked in water before the next use.
